Born and raised in Lancaster County, PA Terrence has always been a person who sought to connect with people in his community. Rather that was through church functions, community events, or through the hands-on work he does with families in the community.

Terrence genuinely cares for those he crosses paths with. This led him to wanting to connect with youth and people on a greater scale. Thus, Terrence Rosario Speaks LLC was born on December 2025. Terrence has a passion to speak with a purpose to serve the youth in his community. Terrence looks forward to meeting you in the near future.

With more than ten years of working with young people and families in the community Terrence has been able to help families accomplish their goals through the work that he does. As a social worker Terrence has seen firsthand the impact of being there for a youth could have on his/her life. Terrence enjoys connecting with youth and encouraging them to pursue their goals and dreams. Terrence is constantly looking for ways to add value to the next
generation.
